Dashboard

B-Safe HMI guarantees simplicity and intuitiveness in order to get all the information at a glance. The system allows interaction with multiple sensors at the same time.

Events

Events allow to review your spindle history by browsing all the essential items: alarms, warnings, power status and much more.
In case of collision event the system will allow you to view a detail waveform lasting from 4 seconds before to 1 second after the collision event, highlighting the malfunction factors.

Integrated sensors data

All sensors data, temperature and triaxial and monoaxial acceleration, are available via Modbus protocol and can be viewed through the B-Safe HMI in real-time.
B-Safe HMI allows data export at any time so that you can manage it autonomously.

Statistical data and trends

The B-Safe HMI allows setting coefficients and thresholds in order to adapt to a large variety of applications.
This section includes the Spindle Check-Up function, which can monitor the real health status of your spindle. Additionally these data are available anywhere over internet by using B-Safe Cloud App.
